Biography:

Prof Howard Ling is the Chief Consultant of Impact Incubator, and College Master of Baptist University. Prof. Ling currently serves various government and public organizations’ committees.  He is the committee member of Betting and Lotteries Commission, Strategic Development of IT in Education, the Board member of YMCA, Director of the Board of EdCity, the Board member of the Joint Publishing Cultural Fund, the Grant committee member of Yeh Family Philanthropy, and the Council member of Changing Young Lives Foundation. Prof. Ling was awarded the Medal of Honour (MH) by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and the Hong Kong Humanity Award in 2017 for his dedicated public and community services.
