Something about me:
I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from Wuhan University and my MSc Degrees in Geo-information Science and Earth Observation for Environmental Modelling and Management from University of Southampton (UK)and Lund University (Sweden) (which is an EU-Funded program). After graduation, I went straight to Shenzhen University where I have been working as a research assistant. I have a great passion for research in the interdisciplinary areas of urban planning, GIS, and smart city. During the past five years, I was mainly involved in projects-related research in the field of Smart Cities, SDGs, and Urban Regional Development.

I also have extensive experience in national project applications and management (e.g., National Key R&D Programs), serving as the first contact point between the consortium, funding agency, and other stakeholders. To be a professional in project management, I earned PMP certification in my spare time.
