Our Impact Cases

Research impact is a key component in the Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) in Hong Kong, a peer-reviewed evaluation led by the University Grants Committee (UGC) to foster world-class research in Hong Kong universities. Our selected impact cases cover diverse topics, with notable emphasis on “government”, “policy”, “children”, and “population” issues within Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland. You can access all impact cases via the UGC RAE2020 Impact Case Studies database.

A word cloud analysis of impact cases submitted to RAE 2020 by the Faculty of Social Science.
