Multicultural Psychological Support Service (Non-Local Students) @ Office of Student Affairs
Aims: To strengthen counselling support to non-local students by providing multicultural psychological support services that address students’ mental health needs across diverse backgrounds.
Service: Up to 6 free counselling sessions, with support available in various languages.
Psychiatric Services @ University Medical Service Office
Aims: To provide high-quality primary health care to the University community. By promoting and enhancing a safe and healthy environment, members of the
University can learn, work and accomplish their goals.
Service: Psychiatric Services referred by the UMSO general practitioner.
Aims: To provide information, training, and evaluation on mindfulness and mental health.
Mobile App:
